| 摘 要： | 敏捷虚拟企业是一种组织松散的多企业动态联盟，质量管理是其必须解决的关键问题之一。本文引入了质量监理的概念，深入探讨了以质量监理小组为核心的敏捷虚拟企业质量管理要制为敏捷虚拟企业的质量保证，质量协调与质量创新了一种较好的组织模式。

| Abstract: | Agile virtual enterprise (AVE) is a multi enterprise dynamic alliance with loose organization, and quality management is one of the problems to be solved. In this paper, the concept of quality supervision is introduced, quality management mechanism of AVE based on quality supervision is explored. An organization mode for quality guarantee, quality coordination and quality innovation of AVE is presented. |
