利用累托石对聚苯乙烯降解的初步研究

摘    要:通过利用累托石作为催化材料对聚苯乙烯降解,结果表明累托石具有优异的降解性能.把纯度为70%的累托石和PS以1:10混合制成薄片,在698K下反应2.5 h,发现约95%的PS被转化,与单纯的热降解相比,转化率有较明显提高.此外,考察了油产率以及其中的苯乙烯单体随温度和时间变化的情况.

Abstract:It is suggested that the rectorite has the excellent degradable performance by the degradation of PS using rectorite as the catalyst. To make the mixtures of the rectorite (of 70% purity) and PS with the ratio of one to ten reacts in temperature of 698K for 2. 5h; we found that about 90% PS was transformed;and compared with the thermal degradation,the rate of transform has more obviously been raised. In addition,we investigated the rate of oil output and the styrene varying with the time and temperature.
