机器视觉在TFT-LCD暗画面缺陷检测中的应用

摘    要:针对目前TFT-LCD缺陷检测普遍采用的人工视觉检测方法,介绍了一种基于机器视觉的检测系统。运用阈值迭代算法实现了对TFT-LCD暗画面下缺陷图像的分割和检测,利用MIL图像处理软件实现了对缺陷的自动检测。实验结果表明,该系统能够准确地实现暗画面下可见缺陷的自动检测功能。

Abstract:Aimed at TFT-LCD defect detection by human visual inspection method of this paper introduces a detection system based on machine vision.The dark pictures is segmented and detected by threshold iterative algorithm.The automatic detection of the defect is realized by MIL image processing software.The experimental results show that the system can realize the automatic detection of visible defects in the dark pictures accurately.
