| 摘 要： | 针对多层砌体房屋建筑中易产生质量通病的现状，从八个方面对构造柱易出现的质量通病进行了描述，并分析了其产生原因，制定了切实可行的处理方法及预防措施，从而保证了构造柱的施工质量，提高了房屋的抗震能力。

| Abstract: | Aimed at current situation of easy bringing about quality common fault in multiple rise masonry building, the quality common fault of construction column is described in detail from eight aspects. The reasons of quality common fault are also analyzed. Finally some feasible treatment method and prevention measures are given to ensure the construction quality of construction column and enhance anti seismic capability of building. |
