超级电容器用RuO2/碳微线圈材料的研制

摘    要:利用凝胶法在碳微线圈上进行氧化钌(RuO2)修饰,制备RuO2/碳微线圈电极,组装成纽扣式超级电容器,比较了两种电极材料的循环伏安及恒流充放电特性.结果表明:使用RuO2/碳微线圈组装的超级电容器,单电极比电容达213 F/g,高于碳微线圈材料组装的产品.与RuO2材料相比,RuO2/碳微线圈电极材料的大电流放电特性有了改善.

Abstract:Carbon micro-coils were modified with ruthenium oxide(RuO2) by gel method,the RuO2/carbon micro-coils electrodes were prepared and button type supercapacitors were assembled.The performance of cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic charge-discharge of two electrode materials was compared.The results showed that the single electrode specific capacitance of supercapacitor assembled with RuO2/carbon micro-coils was 213 F/g,higher than that assembled with common carbon micro-coils material.Compared with RuO2 material,the heavy load discharge performance of RuO2/carbon micro-coils electrode material was improved.
