单气室油气悬架的仿真与试验研究

摘    要:参考车辆液力减振器的研究经验和成果,考虑密封的摩擦,建立单气室油气悬架的的非线性数学模型.在不同的充气压力下,对单气室油气悬架进行台架试验研究,分别测得油气悬架的输出力和缸筒相对于活塞杆的位移.应用多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS建立单气室油气悬架的虚拟模型,将试验得到的位移与时间的关系曲线输入到虚拟模型进行仿真.将仿真得到的位移特性曲线、速度特性曲线和相应的试验曲线进行比较,修正了油气悬架数学模型中的关键参数,验证了数学模型的精确性.分别将考虑密封摩擦和不考虑密封摩擦的仿真结果与试验结果进行比较,证明考虑密封摩擦的油气悬架数学模型更精确,但密封摩擦对数学模型精度的影响在5%以下,如果粗略评价油气悬架的性能,密封摩擦可以忽略不计.

Abstract:By reference to the research experience and achievement of hydraulic damper, the nonlinear mathematic model of hydro-pneumatic suspension with single gas cell is set up, in which seal friction is included. Under different gas charging pressure, a hydro-pneumatic suspension with single gas cell is carried out.
