| Abstract: | To counter of the drought and water logging basic rule in Liaoning province, the theory and the method used in the hydrologic middle and long - range forecast is introduces and the experiences of the water regime trend forecast are summarize. Then the authors analyze and forecast the water regime trend for 2002 year. |
