摘    要:全断面双护盾硬岩掘进机(简称TBM)在施工中,遇到软岩后,TBM经常出现卡机现象,这样较大程度地降低了TBM施工的效率。为了解决此类工程问题,在施工中采用了高压新型高分子注浆材料(马丽散MARITHAN),进行围岩加固施工,缩短了TBM解困的处理时间,提高了施工效率。

Abstract:When soft and weak stratum is encountered in constructing tunnel by TBM,the machine-seizing phe-nomenon usually occurs.It results in decreasing construction efficiency in great degrees.In order to solve this problem,a new high-pressure and high-macromolecular grouting meterial,MARITHAN is used in construction to consolidate adjoining rock of tunnel.Therefore,the treatment time to solve maching-seizing is shortened,and the construction efficiency is raised.
