| 摘 要： | 改革开放使中国经济实现了持续高速的发展。然而,随着改革的不断深入,国有资产面临着在新经济环境下的角色转换,在此过程中由于各种原因每年有数百亿元的国有资产流失,所以,国有资产的保值增值成为现阶段乃至将来一段时间我国政府的重大经济课题。本文对国有资产的历史和现状进行了分析并从多角度提出了一些管理方面的看法。

| Abstract: | Chinese economy has been devoloping in a steadily high speed since innovation and open-door policy was adopted. And with the constantly deepening of innovation national capital is experiencing a role conversion which caused, it is said loss of, millions yuan worth of national capital for various reasons. Therefore, how to remain and increase the value of national capital has become a serious subject for our government to consider. This article analyzes the history and current status of national capital as well as some suggestions from various respects. |
