摘    要:为了解决传统方法容易受到噪声、光照等因素影响,导致目标检测精度与标刻效果降低的问题,在考虑目标运动状态基础上提出一种激光在线跟踪标刻方法。首先根据激光点构建对应运动模型,并通过迭代计算求解获取出目标运动激光点和实际像素坐标,实现激光对实际目标的自主瞄准,并得出目标运动粗略范围;使用改进粒子滤波法进一步精细定位,由此计算出目标权重取值;最后针对生产线匀速和变速运动的不同特点,实现对运动目标跟踪标刻的目的。仿真实验结果表明,所提方法具有目标检测精准度高、标刻效果好、不易变形等优点。

Abstract:The traditional method is easily affected by noise,illumination and other factors,which leads to the decrease of target detection accuracy and marking effect,this paper proposes an on-line laser tracking marking method based on the consideration of target motion state.Firstly,the corresponding motion model is constructed according to the laser point,and the laser point and the actual pixel coordinates of the target motion are obtained through iterative calculation,to achieve the autonomous laser aiming of the actual target.The target motion's rough range is obtained,and the target weight is calculated by using the improved particle filter method for further fine positioning.Finally,according to the different characteristics of uniform and variable speed motion of the production line,the purpose of tracking and marking the moving target is realized.The simulation results show that the proposed method has high precision of target detection,good marking effect and not easy deformation.
