摘    要:在对17种煤的标准实验室制浆及煤中矿物浸出离子的离子色谱测定等实验的基础上,用计算机分析的方法分析了煤中矿物对水煤浆流变性的影响,得出了Ca~(2+)、Mg~(2+)等高价金属离子对煤浆流变性有显著恶化作用的结论;提出了吸附模型,解释了Ca~(2+)、MS~(2+)等的影响,为消除Ca~(2+)、Mg~(2+)等高价离子不利作用,采用了助剂技术。

Abstract:On the basis of standard laboratory coal-water pulp preparation and leached ions determination with IC, the effect of minerals in coal on rheolo-gical properties of coal-water pulp is analyzed by using computer analysis method for seventeen kinds of coals. A conclusion that soluble sulfate minerals(Ca2+, Mg2+) are fatal to the theological property of coal-water pulp is obtained. An absorption model is given to explain effects of Ca2+ and Mg2+. Finally, the promoters are used to remove the unfavorable effects of Ca2+ and Mg2+
