奶片具有营养、方便、新颖等特点,通过在奶粉中添加各 种风味的调味香精,在适当的压力下,制成各种风味奶 片,并就风味奶片的配方设计、工艺流程和操作要点作了 简单介绍。

Abstract:
Milk tablet is rich in nutrition, convenient consumption and a novel style. Milk power, mixed with flavor ingredients, was made into different flavoring milk tablets under a proper pressure. The formula, technology and processes for producing flavor milk tablet were described.
