织金磷矿制磷酸工艺探讨

织金磷矿多为低品位磷矿,利用织金磷矿经选矿后进行了湿法磷酸工艺条件试验。确定了优惠的工艺条件为:液相中ρ(SO3)30~40 mg/mL、磷酸w(P2O5)26%~27%、反应时间4 h、反应温度85~90℃、料浆液固质量比(2.0~2.5)∶1,可达到萃取率96%~97%、洗涤率99%、过滤强度1 000 kg/(m2·h)。

Study on production process of phosphoric acid with Zhijin phosphate rock

The majority of Zhijin phosphate rock are low grade phosphate rock, the process conditions of WPA production with Zhijin phosphate concentrate are studied, optimum conditions are determined that： ρ （SO3） in liquid of 30-40 mg/mL, w （P205） in phosphoric acid of 26%-27%, reaction time of 4 h, reaction temperature of 85-90 ℃, mass ratio between liquid to solid of （2.0-2.5）：1, in these conditions, the extraction rate can reach to 96%-97%, washing rate is more than 99%, filtration intensity is more than 1 000 kg/（m^2·h）.
