摘    要:以寻求1个能快速响应客户需求的主梁产品配置设计方法为目标,采用需求变量表达订单需求,产品BOM描述配置结果,通过约束规则构建配置知识库,引入参数化设计的思想,提出了1种基于规则的起重机主梁产品配置设计方法,给出了部分实现例子,同时提供了1种技术上可行的实现方案。

Abstract:Aiming at finding a main girder configuration design method which can rapidly respond the client's requirements,adopting the demand variable to represent the order requirements and the BOM of product to describe the configuration result,constructing the configuration knowledge base through constraint rules,and introducing the concept of the parametric design,the paper introduces a rule based design method for main girder configuration of crane,gives some realized examples,and provides an implementation plan which is technically feasible.
