摘    要:本文对桶装饮用水的超标项目进行了原因分析,并且根据桶装饮用水的生产工艺流程从生产的设备管理、工艺改进、环境控制、材料把关及人员提升等几个方面采取措施控制桶装饮用水中的各个超标项目,从而能够提高桶装饮用水的合格率,保障无锡地区桶装饮用水的质量卫生安全。

Abstract:In this paper,we have analyzed the reason of exceeding the standard and proposed our opinions based on the production process to control the transnormal items of barreled drinking water from the aspects of equipment management,process improvement,environmental control,material and promotion of personnel to improve the qualified rate of Wuxi barreled drinking water and ensureits quality and safety.
