光纤传感器在预应力混凝土结构中的应用

摘    要:预应力混凝土结构是当前混凝土结构发展的主要方向.估计预应力损失值,是预应力混凝土结构设计的重要内容.以预应力混凝土桥梁为例,分析了目前大型预应力混凝土结构所存在的安全问题,指出了大型结构关键受力构件长期监测的重要性.介绍了光纤传感器埋入混凝土的应用,并尝试用光纤传感器测量预应力混凝土构件中的预应力损失值.测试工作是在特制的模拟构件上完成的,结果表明:光纤传感器可用于工程中预应力损失值的测定,钢绞线上的瞬时预应力损失值与钢绞线布设的方式有关,污水池钢绞线的预应力瞬时损失在20%以内.

Abstract:The concrete structure currently develops towards the pre-stressed concrete structure.To estimate pre-stress loss is the key problem of pre-stressed concrete structure design.This paper,taking pre-stressed concrete bridges as examples,analyzes the safety problem existing in the large-sized pre-stressed concrete structures and points out the importance of the long-time monitoring of the key components of large-sized structures.It also introduces the application of optical fiber sensors in concrete structures and tries to measure the pre-stress loss of pre-stressed concrete structures in optical fiber sensors.All of the measuring works are conducted on the model of a wastewater tank.The results of the measurement show that optical fiber sensors can be used to measure the pre-stress loss in engineering,the short-term pre-stress loss of steel strand is strongly affected by the arranging manner of steel strand,and the magnitude of pre-stress loss measured in the present work is less than 20%.
