城市快速路上多功能车道设置的设计思路

以天津市快速路规划设计为例,介绍了快速路多功能车道的功能、作用与设置方式。它有三大功能:承担主路、辅路的交通衔接和与其他等级道路的转换;实现快速公交在主路停靠;作应急停车道使用。最后提出了多功能车道设置与否应从财力、物力以及周边交通需求、交通特性等因素综合考虑,而不应一概而论的设计思路。

Design Ideas of Multifunctional Lane Layout on Urban Expressways

Taking Tianjin urban expressways planning and design for instance, the function, the operation and the setting of multifunctional lane are introduced in the paper. It is regarded that multifunctional lane has 3 functions: 1) linkage of main and supplementary roads and transfer to other classes roads; 2) to realize expressway public traffic stop on the main road; 3) to be used as the emergency lane. Finally, the setting of multifunctional lane should be thought about from several factors such as financial resources, physical resources, surrounding traffic requirements and traffic characteristics. The design ideas can not be generalized.
