酶用量对酶处理马尾松漂白硫酸盐浆性能的影响

摘    要:进行了不同酶用量对酶处理马尾松漂白硫酸盐浆性能影响的研究,采用保水值、粘度测定、纤维光学显微镜和SEM(扫描电镜)分析及X-射线衍射分析方法,探讨了不同酶用量处理下马尾松漂白硫酸盐浆料前后性能的变化.结果表明:酶L301和酶XPS处理可以提高马尾松漂白硫酸盐浆的保水值,不同的酶在不同用量下浆料保水值出现最佳,聚合度随酶用量的增加有所下降,酶处理后纤维的结晶度变小,在酶处理使浆料保水值达到最佳的用量下,纸页物理强度也出现较佳值.

Abstract:In the paper the effects of complex enzymes dosage on bleached masson pine kraft pulp polymerization degree,fibre morphology and degree of crystallinity were studied by viscosity testing,SEM observation and X-ray diffraction methods.The results showed that enzyme treatment could improve pulp water retention value(WRV) and perform an optimal WRV on different dosage.The fiber polymerization degree decreased,fiber wall destructed and long fiber contents increased when increasing enzymes dosage,and enzymatic pr...
