有限元分析与疲劳评价在钢制车轮轮毂开发中的应用

摘    要:应用eta/DYNAFORM成形分析,ANSYS结构分析和FE—SAFE疲劳分析软件,对某型轿车钢制车轮轮毂结构进行了三维有限元计算,求得车轮轮毂综合应力场。分析结果经疲劳分析软件处理,以云图方式显示出车轮轮毂的疲劳循环次数和安全系数。

Abstract:Utilizing eta/DYNAFORM forming analysis, ANSYS structure analysis and FE-SAFE fatigue analysis software, FEM calculation is carried out for the structure of Wheel hub, to obtain t synthesis stress field of Wheel hub. The results of FEM have been treated by fatigue analysis software. In addition, the fatigue circulation times and safety factor is shown with cloud chart.
