天然沥青复合SBS改性沥青的性能研究

摘    要:天然沥青具有高含量的沥青质和胶质,将其掺入石油沥青中能够改善基质沥青的组成和结构,从而使改性沥青混合料获得良好的路用性能。对天然沥青复合SBS改性沥青的性能进行研究,研究结果表明:随着天然沥青掺量的增加,改性沥青的软化点呈上升趋势,黏度逐渐增大,而针入度随着天然沥青掺量的增加逐渐减小,天然沥青掺量为5%时,经过适当的调合,可以生产出常规性能指标基本符合JTG F40-2004《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》聚合物改性沥青I-D规格产品。

Abstract:Natural asphalt has high content of asphaltenes and colloid, its incorporation can improve composition and structure of the matrix asphalt, which makes modified asphalt mixture with good road perform- ance. In this paper, the composite gilsonite/SBS modified asphalt performance was investigated. Research re- sults showed that : with the increase of natural asphalt content, softening point and viscosity of modified asphalt were on the rise, the penetration with the increase of natural asphalt content gradually decreased. When the natural asphalt parameters was 5 %, through appropriate mixing, the product could be produced in accordance with JTG F40--2004 technical specification for construction of highway asphalt pavement in polymer modified asphalt l- D standard.
