摘    要:本文对瓶装物料的冻干建立了一个考虑因素较为全面的二维数学模,该模型了侧面传热、结合水解吸和水蒸气温升对冻干过程的影响。根据冻干过程和模型方程的特点,本文把二循环对称分裂格式、预测-校正格式等算法联立起来对模型进行了数值求解,这些工作比目前的“只建模,不求解”或“虽求解,但模型简单、适用范围窄”的研究进行了一步。

Abstract:A comprehensive two-dimension model for the freeze drying of materials in vials is constructed in this paper. The effects of side heat transfer, adsorption of bound water and convection heat on the freeze drying are taken into account in the model. According to the characteristics of the freeze drying and the model's equations, two cycles' symmetrical split formula, predict-correct formula, etc., are combined to solve the model numerically. Compared with the present studies in which the model was constructed, but not solved, or the model was solved, but too simple and could not be used widely, these works have made an advance.
