一次爆破成井物理模型试验研究

摘    要:在相似理论分析基础上,对一次爆破成井4种天井断面布孔形式进行室内模型试验。试验结果获得了4种布孔方式的爆破平均块度、爆破大块率、有效爆破体积等定量指标;通过对试验结果的综合比较及优化研究,得出了现场试验条件下,单螺旋掏槽的天井断面布孔方式为最优布孔方式的结论。同时,模型试验结果还获得了炮孔间距及微差爆破时间的相关参量,该研究成果在现场取得了较好的应用效果。

Abstract:Based on similarity theory physical model is employed to study shaft excavation by one-step deep-hole basting.Under the similitude law and similitude regulate,four models experiments have been completed and some indexes have been carried out such as average degree of fragments, block rate,explosive specific charge and effective volume of blasting room. Base on the above, single-screw cut-hole is the optimum, same as the conclusion of numerical simulation. At the same time,blasting hole spaces and millisecond delay interval were got. The excellent effect of application has been obtained based on the conclusion in this paper.
