三乙烯四胺丙烯酸盐增强丁腈橡胶的研究

摘    要:对三乙烯四胺丙烯酸盐(AnAA)补强丁腈橡胶(NBR)的性能进行了研究。结果表明,AnAA对NBR硫化胶具有较好的补强效果,当AnAA含量为10份时,硫化胶具有最佳综合力学性能。在AnAA补强NBR的硫化胶交联网络中存在较高的离子交联结构,并从离子交联密度方面探讨了AnAA对NBR的补强机理。从断裂面的SEM照片分析可知,AnAA在NBR中较易分散形成纳米颗粒。这些纳米颗粒对NBR起到了较好的补强作用。

Abstract:The properties of the reinforcing NBR by AnAA were studied. The results showed that the reinforcing NBR vulcanizate by AnAA had better function. AnAA/NBR vuleanizate had the best mechanics properties when AnAA content was 10phr. There was higher ionic erosslink bond in the reinforcing NBR vuleanizate by AnAA The reinforcing mechanism was also discussed. Analyzing from SEM indicated that AnAA dispersed easily in NBR to form nano-grain and reinforcing NBR.
