人工砂粉煤灰自密实混凝土的性能试验

摘    要:为研究人工砂取代河沙制备自密实混凝土的可行性及掺粉煤灰的影响,设计了10组配比,并通过试验比较了2种自密实混凝土的性能。结果表明,人工砂配制自密实混凝土,不仅和易性满足要求,且各龄期强度、抗渗性及抗氯离子渗透性能均优于同水胶比的河沙自密实混凝土;同时粉煤灰掺量不宜超过37%。

Abstract:The feasibility of replacing artificial sand with river sand in the production of self-compacting concrete(SCC) and the effect of adding the fly ash were examined in this study.Ten proportions were designed and the performance of two kinds of SCC were compared in experiments.The results indicate that artificial sand can be used in the production of SCC.It not only satisfies the workability requirements but also improves the strength in each stage,the impermeability,and the diffusion coefficient of the chloride ions of the SCC.In comparison with the use of river sand with the same water to binder ratio,all the properties of SCC are improved by artificial sand.This study also shows that the proportion of fly ash should not exceed 37%.
