| Abstract: | This paper introduces the technology research process of large scale high efficiency double-wire PMIG welding robot equipment,including a 11-axises welding robot technology,digital double-wire PMIG welding system,laser tracking device of high speed welding,also introduces the welding equipment configuration and their design technology,including arc welding robot,gantry frame,positioner;and presents the application case instruction of large thick welding parts in wind-tower structure. |
