过氧化物交联聚乙烯的力学性能研究

摘    要:采用过氧化物交联方法研究了交联聚乙烯的工艺、配方和性能,探讨了过氧化物用量对材料力学性能及凝胶含量的影响,以及炭黑、氧化锌、抗氧剂对材料性能的影响。结果表明,过氧化物交联聚乙烯的力学性能有一定的提高,随着DCP含量的增加,交联PE的凝胶含量提高,而随着凝胶含量的提高,交联PE的拉伸强度提高,断裂伸长率下降;炭黑对材料有一定的补强作用,氧化锌的加入有助于交联反应和拉伸强度的提高。

Abstract:In this paper,the process,formula and properties of crosslinked PE were studied. The effect of peroxide content on mechanical properties and gel fraction was researched, as well as the effects of carbon black, ZnO and antioxidant on properties of material. The results showed that the mechanical properties of crosslinked PE were improved obviously. With increasing of concentration of DCP, gel fraction and tensile strength increased, but elongation at break lowered. When carbon black was blended in, tensile strength increased and elongation at break lowered. ZnO was advantageous to crosslinking reaction and tensile strength.
