摘    要:本文简要地介绍了秦山核电厂300MW汽轮发电机组汽水分离再热器(MSR)系统及其监控(再热温度控制器——RTC_5)系统的调试、投运等。RTC_5系统的调试主要包括MSR系统与RTC_5系统间的输入、输出接口检查试验和自动控制模式试验。在完成手动控制试验后,进行了机组冷态启动、热态启动、线性运行、基本负荷和低负荷运行、机组解列、MSR切除、热电偶故障/恢复以及显示方式等自动控制模式试验,并确认都正常以后作MSR系统投运试验,且提出投运的注意事项及简要程序。从机组负荷在50%额定功率运行时的参数可以看出MSR系统的去湿和再热效果是很显著的。

Abstract:This paper simply presents the commissioning of moisture separator reheater (MSR) system and its monitored control system (RTC_5) of Qinshan NPP 300MW turbine generator. The commissioning of RTC_5 system mainly includes checking input and output interface between MSR and RTC_5 system and testing under manual and auto control condition. After finishing manual control tests, the automatic control tests, such as cold start, hot start, ramp, base load and low-load operation, turbine trip, MSR out of service, thermoeouple malfunction/restore and display mode etc were done. At 50% F. P, the operating parameters show that moisture removal and reheating action of MSR system are very evident.
