| 摘 要： | 机体、曲轴、气缸盖、凸轮轴、连杆等是柴油机上的主重要零件，其加工工艺方案优劣与否代表着企业产品质量高低，是一个柴油机制造企业工艺水平的重要标志。笔者主要就我公司新研制开发的BL12V190型高可靠性柴油机主重要件的加工工艺方案做了论述，旨在介绍我公司一流的柔性加工生产线及先进的加工工艺方案．是我公司系列柴油机性能水平的重要技术保证。

| Abstract: | The cylinder, crankshaft, cylinder-head, camshaft and connecting-rod are main components. Whether their machining techniques are good or bad means the quality and is also an important mark of technological level in an enterprise. The paper expounds the technique program for main components with higher reliability newly developed by Jinan Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. and introduces the first-class flexlble manufacturing line and advanced machining techniques which provide the technical guarantee for series diesel engines made by Jinan Diesel Engine Co., Ltd.. |
