| 摘 要： | 本文提出自动检测汽车灯配光镜组合单元几何参数的测试方法，系统以线阵CCD作为探测器件，利用激光束的准直性，测量激光通过配光镜的棱镜后的偏转方位，或通过柱面镜折散开光束的宽度，确定出组成配光镜的棱镜顶角和柱面镜的关径，测量方法对于研究车灯配光性能，配光镜设计模型和对配光间模具修正，具指导意义。

| Abstract: | This paper presented a method and system that can be used measuring dimension of matched mirrorsl of automobiles.By using a line scanning CCD and technique of laser alignment,the measuring system can detect prism angle and curvature radius of a cylindrical lens of matched mirrors.The measuring is automatic and high accuracy. |
