| 摘 要： | 应用型本科高校对学生开展职业技能培训是适应社会发展要求,培养理论与技能全面发展的高素质人才,促进大学生就业的一项重要举措。在机械专业模具方向的学生中开展职业技能培训,提高了学生的动手能力,并增强了其毕业时的就业竞争力。
