摘    要:为解决传统工业控制技术存在的问题,设计一种基于ARM芯片的嵌入式控制平台。该平台以嵌入式ARM为核心,以移植μCLinux实时操作系统的嵌入式ARM平台作为下位机,以工控机作为上位机,并结合CAN总线技术实现对工业生产的控制。详细介绍了其软、硬件的设计,包括下位机的I/O模块设计、CAN总线设备在μCLinux下的驱动实现和μCLinux实时操作系统的移植等。该方案突破传统控制模式,具有更强大的处理能力和更优越的通信方式,适用于工业现场的安装和监控。

Abstract:To solve the problem of industrial control technology,design an ARM-based embedded control platform which adopts the embedded ARM as the core.To transplant μ CLinux embedded real-time operating system platform as the next bit ARM machine.IPC used as the supervisory computer of the control platform,which combines with CAN bus technology to control industrial production.Contents include software and hardware design for the control platform,devising I/O Module of subordinate computer,CAN bus device drivers under μ CLinux implementation and transplantation for real-time operating system of μ CLinux.The scheme break through the traditional control model,possesses of more powerful processing capabilities and superior communication,applies to the installation and monitoring of industrial site.
