| 摘 要： | 济钢1号1 750 m3高炉炉前通过进行全液压开口机改造,分体钻杆、弧形整体连接套、雾化水系统的研发与应用等技术措施,炉前钻杆的消耗从1.4根/炉次降低到了0.45根/炉次、钻头消耗量从2.1个/炉次降低到了1.1个/炉次、打开铁口时间由原来的平均20 min降低到了10 min,并减少了操作人员的劳动强度。 |

| Abstract: | A series of measures are employed to reduce consumption, such as the research and application of hydraulic tapping machine,separated cambered connecting piece of drill pipe and atomized water system. The consumption of drill pipe has been reduced from 1.4 to 0. 45 each furnace times. The consumption of drills has been reduced from 2. 1 to 1.1 each furnace times. The time of opening the tap hole has been reduced from 20 minutes to 10 minutes. These measures reduce the consumption of blast furnace,shorten the time of opening the tap hole and save the labor intensity greatly. |
