摘    要:反时限过流保护继电器能够迅速、可靠地切除电力系统中的故障部分,在很大程度上取决于准确的定值整定。为了充分发挥继电保护装置的性能,文章结合实际运行情况中需要满足的选择性、灵敏性等条件,将反时限过流保护整定计算转化为多约束、多变量的非线性优化问题,建立了反时限过流保护定值整定优化模型;在此基础上,为解决现有粒子群算法容易陷入局部最优解的缺陷,提出一种基于PSO和DE的混合算法作为定值整定模型的求解算法,并采用4个带有局部最优解的基准函数进行优化对比测试,验证了该算法的适用性和可靠性。最后的仿真算例验证结果表明,采用该算法能够有效提高反时限过流保护的速动性。

Abstract:The relay protection equipment can quickly and reliably remove the fault parts in the power system, which largely depends on the accurate protection setting. In order to give full play to the performance maximize the capacity of relay protection equipment, combined with the conditions of selectivity and sensitivity that need to be met in actual operating conditions. The setting calculation of inverse time overcurrent protection is transformed into a nonlinear optimization problem with multiple constraints and variables. An optimization model of inverse time overcurrent protection setting is established. On this basis, in order to solve the defect that the existed particle swarm algorithm is easy to converge prematurely. A new hybrid algorithm (DEPSO) is proposed as a solution method for the optimization model. The benchmark function is used to optimization comparison test, which verified the effectiveness and reliability of the improved algorithm. The simulation examples show that improved hybrid differential evolution algorithm can effectively enhance the performance of inverse time overcurrent protection.
