摘    要:为进一步完善中国水产品农药残留限量标准体系,增强中国水产品农药使用的规范性,提高中国水产品质量安全水平和国际竞争力。本研究比较了中国、美国、日本、欧盟(EU)和国际食品法典委员会(CAC)等国家、地区及国际组织中水产品农药最大残留限量(MRL)标准,分析我国与主要水产贸易国、地区和组织在水产品农药MRL标准体系中的差异。结果表明:中国同主要水产贸易国家、地区和组织在水产品农药MRL标准的数量、限量值及种类中均存在差异。其中,制定MRL数量最多的为日本(264条),其次为美国(56条),中国较少(5条);所涉及农药种类最多的为日本(131种),其次为美国(33种),CAC较少(4种),总体而言,日本制定的水产品农药MRL标准的数量最多,所涉及农药和水产品种类最广,其次为美国,中国、欧盟和CAC较少。针对中国水产品农药MRL标准中存在的问题,提出加强水产品中农药残留限量研究,进一步完善农药MRL标准、加强国际间水产品农药MRL交流等建议。
