我国食品安全生态体系建设路径研究

食品安全不仅是一个技术问题,更是一个社会问题,从根本上实现食品安全是一个全球性的难题。是一个历史性的世界难题。本文从我国食品安全面临的主要问题着手,通过对食品的生产、加工、包装、存储、物流、销售等环节以及食品的检测、监管、法规、标准等多角度进行剖析,探讨食品安全问题产生的原因及可能解决的途径;主张从科普教育着手,从安全生产、监管平台、检测体系到检测技术服务,构建一个以风险管理为主的食品安全生态体系,最终实现我国食品安全的“政府监管、全民共治”,为我国食品安全面临的主要问题提供解决思路。
