大孔吸附树脂分离纯化马缨丹总黄酮的工艺研究

摘    要:探讨大孔吸附树脂纯化马缨丹总黄酮的最佳工艺,通过对4种型号大孔树脂的静态实验,筛选出最佳树脂;考察最佳树脂对马缨丹总黄酮的吸附及洗脱性能,优化工艺参数。结果表明:AB-8为最佳树脂,其最佳工艺条件为:上样液质量浓度0.198 mg/mL,吸附流速为2.0 mL/min,吸附pH为4.0;洗脱剂为70%乙醇,洗脱用量5 BV,减压浓缩得马缨丹总黄酮浸膏,纯度为32.45%。

Separation and Purification for the Total Flavonoids from Lantana camara L. with Maeroporous Resin

Abstract:To optimize the procedure for total flavonoids purification from Lantana camara L. by macroporous resins, fur types of macroporous adsorption resins were compared with their adsorption and desorption propeies for total flavonoids. The optimal type of the resin was chosen and the technical parameters for purification of total flavonoids with the chosen resin were studied. Results showed that AB-8 macroporous resin had the best adsorption capacity under following technological conditions: initial concentration of 0.198 mg/mL, adsorb flow velocity of 2.0 mL/min, pH 4.0, the purity of the product of 32.45 % could be obtained when the total flavonoids were purged with 70 % alcohol of5BV (l BV=30mL). the deal capability of5 BV.
