对中顺大围水文数据整编及建库的思考

中顺大围水文遥测系统经过十多年运行，系统硬件设备与软件已不能适应三防决策信息化、自动化的需要。总结了多年从事水文数据收集和管理的实践和经验，对现有存留历史水文资料和获得的实时遥测数据资料的整编进行了剖析，对水文数据库建库和管理提出了自己的看法，认为新系统水文数据库的整编与建库，重点在于通过遥测系统软件设计实现水文数据自动整编。

Analysis on Hydrological Data Compiling and Database Creation In Zhongshun Dawei Hydrological Telemetry System

After more than ten years of running, hardware and software of Zhongshundawei hydrological telemetry system has been outdated and couldn't satisfy the demands of decision-making upon informationalizatin and automation. This article summarized years of practice and experience of data collection and management, and analyzed organization work on historical hydrological documents and real-time telemetric data. The author put forward own opinions on data base creation and management, and held that the key of such a new task is to realize automatic data coordination by use of software of telemetric systems.
