| Abstract: | We report an uncommon case of complete rupture of the anterior urethra secondary to blunt trauma, with protrusion of the urethral mucosa through the urinary meatus. The singular images of this case are presented and the mechanisms involved in this unusual type of lesion are analyzed. |
