辐照环境下转速测量系统设计

摘    要:针对辐照环境中转机设备转速测量的需求,从环境要求、系统设计、传感器选择和前置信号处理模块四方面入手,提出了辐照环境下转速测量系统的设计方法。考虑到辐照对电子元器件的影响,采用分体和冗余等设计手段,设备侧采用对辐照不敏感的机械感应传感器,电子处理部件则安装在和缓环境。机械感应传感器信号输出为非标准信号,需设计信号处理模块将非标准信号转换成工业控制系统可接受的标准电信号。信号处理模块针对不同转速工况进行优化设计,提高了在稳定工况下工作的准确度。核电站主泵转速测量系统的应用验证了该研究成果的可行性。

Abstract:According to the requirement of rotating speed measurement in irradiation environment,the design method of rotating speed measurement system in irradiation environment is put forward from four aspects,environment requirement,system design,sensor selection and pre signal processing module.In consideration of the influence of irradiation on electronic components,the design means such as split and redundancy are adopted.The mechanical induction sensor which is not sensitive to irradiation is adopted at the field side,and the electronic processing components are installed in a gentle environment.The signal of mechanical induction sensor is non-standard signal.It needs to design signal processing module to convert non-standard signal into industrial control system to receive standard electrical signal.The signal processing module optimizes the design according to the different speed conditions,and improves the working accuracy of the stable conditions.The application of the main pump speed measurement system in nuclear power plant verifies the feasibility of the research results.
