摘    要:采用激光烧结技术成功制备致密、高介电常数的CaTiO3-CaTiSiO5高频介质陶瓷。使用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜分析样品的晶相组成和显微组织,利用精密阻抗分析仪测试陶瓷样品的介电性能。结果表明,激光烧结CaTiO3-CaTiSiO5介质陶瓷致密、介电常数(εr=376)高达固相烧结样品的5倍,这应归因于激光烧结C...

Laser sintered high - frequency dielectric ceramics of CaTiO3 - CaTiSiO5 with high dielectric constant

Abstract:High- frequency dielectric ceramics CaTi03 - CaTiSiO5 with high dielectric constant was successfully prepared by laser sintering. The mierastructure observation and phase analysis of the CaTiO3 - CaTiSiO5 ceramics were performed by a scanning electron microscopy and X - ray diffiractometer. And the dielectric property was measured by precision impedance analyzer. The results show that the CaTiO3 - CaTiSiO5 ceramics by laser sintering has high dielectric constant ( εr = 376 ), which is as high as 5 times that of one sintered with a furnace. This could be attributed to the CaTiO3 - CaTiSiO5 by laser sintering possesses a special mierostructure, namely an oriented dendrites growing against the heat exchange, which size can be hundreds of micron.
