摘    要:在新能源汽车行业的发展过程中,新型半导体SiC的应用为电机控制器功率密度的提升带来了可能性。为进一步提升系统的功率密度和控制性能,研究了一种基于DSP的软件旋变-数字变换器RDC(resolver-todigital converter)技术,采用基于锁相环的角度跟踪观测器算法完成了位置信息的采集,并在电机控制实验中与业界应用最广泛的硬件RDC技术(AD2S1210集成芯片)进行了多方面对比。实验结果证明,该方法具有高功率密度、低成本、高精度、最高转速不受分辨率限制以及可根据工况调整系统参数等优点。

Abstract:In the development of new energy vehicle, the application of the new semiconductor SiC has brought the possibility of increasing the power density of the motor controller. In order to further improve the power density and control performance of the system, this paper studies a software-based resolver-to-digital converter (RDC) technology uses a phase-locked loop-based angle-tracking observer algorithm to collect position information. In the experiment, the most widely used hardware based RDC technology (AD2S1210 IC) was compared from several aspects. Experimental results show that this method has the advantages of high power density, low cost, high accuracy, and fast speed, and is not limited by resolution.
