摘    要:制备并研究了纳米TiO2和Pt掺杂纳米TiO2对蓝藻生长的影响。结果表明,在太阳光照射下,Pt掺杂纳米TiO2能够破坏蓝藻藻囊;与纳米TiO2相比,Pt掺杂纳米TiO2能够更有效地使蓝藻内叶绿素含量、光合速率和呼吸速率以及超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性降低,超氧自由基增多;当Pt掺杂量为1%时,掺Pt纳米TiO2对蓝藻的抑制效果最好。

Abstract:nano-TiO2 and nano-TiO2 doping Pt powders were prepared and their inhibitory effects on the growth of cyanobacteria were studied. The results indicate that Pt/TiO2 causes damage in cyanobacteria ballonet under sunlight. Compared with nano-TiO2, TiO2 doping Pt was more effective in decreasing the content of chlorophyll, the rates of photosynthesis and photorespiration and superoxide dimutase activity, but increasing the content of the superoxide free radical in cyanobacteria.In addition, the study shows that 1% of Pt dopant nanoTiO2 exhibits the best inhibitory effect on the growth of cyanobacteria.
