| Abstract: | The artical analyses the defects of the previous teaching plans and puts forward the guiding ideology,education objectives and some principles for drawing up plans for cultivating the trans century talent:broadening specialties,enhancing students qualities,strengthening basic knowledge,stressing their abilities,teaching them in accordance with their aptitude and developing in an all round way. |
