基于啁啾光纤光栅称重传感器的研究

摘    要:利用啁啾光纤光栅匹配滤波解调技术,研制了应用于大型称重系统的光纤光栅称重传感器,在压力为0~90 kN测量范围内,得到了线性度0.999 93和重复误差0.09%FS的实验结果。该传感器避免使用昂贵的波长解调设备,结构简单,成本低,有望在工程实践中获得实际应用。

Abstract:A novel fiber Bragg grating pressure sensor used in large weight systems based on a couple of chirped fiber Bragg gratings(CFBG) is developed.The linearity and the repeated error can attain 0.999 93 and 0.09%FS from 0 to 90 kN. In the meantime,the sensor,which don't need expensive wavelength demodulation equipments,is cheaper and has significant applications.
