塔河油田原油深抽工艺技术研究与应用

摘    要:塔河油田油藏属于缝洞型碳酸盐岩油藏,埋藏深度大(埋深为5350~6600m),流体性质复杂,黏度变化较大,开发难度大。针对稀油生产井普遍存在的泵效低、杆柱载荷大、冲程损失严重、地面设备不配套、调参困难等问题,通过技术研发与引进,形成了以自动补偿泵、双层泵、侧流泵、侧流减载泵为主的稀油深抽工艺.现场应用10井次,累计增油9135t,侧流减载泵实现了最深泵挂4716m。针对稠油生产井普遍存在的稠油难以入泵、大泵下不深、小泵不能满足油井生产、油井普遍高含硫化氢等问题,形成了以小泵深抽、深抽抗稠油电潜泵为主的稠油深抽主导工艺,并在现场进行了20井次以上的推广应用,累计实现增油8.7×10^4;同时开展了水力喷射泵-抽稠泵接力举升先导试验.该工艺反掺稀油由水力喷射泵一级举升至抽稠泵泵挂深度,再由抽稠泵系统举升到地面,实现了5000m人工举升。
