对高师院校非师范专业毕业生充分就业问题的思考

高等教育进入大众化教育阶段,大学毕业生就业难的问题日益凸现,特别是高师院校非师范专业毕业生的就业问题矛盾尤为突出,非师范专业毕业生就业率的高低已影响到高师院校的整体发展和稳定。本文分析了影响非师范专业毕业生就业难的三大因素,提出了实现高师院校非师范专业毕业生充分就业的6方面建议。

Consideration of the Employment Problem of Non-teacher Graduates in Teachers Colleges and Universities

Higher education has entered into a stage of popularized education, and the employment of graduates of colleges and universities has become more and more difficult, especially for non-teacher graduates in the teachers colleges and universities. The low rate of employment of non-teacher graduates has affected the stability and development of teachers colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the three factors affecting the employment of the non-teacher graduates of colleges and universities, and puts forward six suggestions of how to solve the problem in the employment of non-teacher graduates of colleges and universities.
