高铟高铁硫化锌精矿加压浸出溶液铁的还原研究

摘    要:用硫化锌精矿作还原剂还原高铟高铁硫化锌精矿加压浸出溶液中的Fe3+。分别进行了精矿粒度、精矿用量、时间、温度、溶液酸度以及原液Fe3+浓度对还原效果的影响,结果表明,在温度为80~90℃、时间~2.0 h、精矿过剩系数1.2、精矿平均粒径~10μm的条件下,可以将H2SO4浓度为8~40g/L溶液中Fe3+的80%以上还原成Fe2+。与现行工业中的硫化锌精矿还原技术条件相比,反应时间大为缩短,温度亦可降低。

Abstract:The study on the experimentation of reducing Fe3+ using zinc-sulphide concentrate from lixivium that zinc-sulphide concentrate bearing high content of indium and iron was leached under oxygen pressure has been carried.The effect of the following factors on reduction has been studied,there are: granularity of concentrate,the dosage of concentrate,time,temperature,the acidity of solution and the concentration of Fe3+ before reduction.The results indicate that more than 80% of Fe3+ in 8~40g/L H2SO4 solution were reduced to Fe2+ on the following conditions: 80~90℃,2.0 h,the surplus coefficient of concentrate is 1.2,average particle diameter is about 10μm.Compared with reduction condition using zinc sulfides concentrate in current industry,the reaction time was greatly reduced and the temperature was decreased.
