一种新型钢结硬质合金初探

摘    要:研究了采用一种新工艺制成的WC钢结硬质合金(配料成份:40%WC、0.60%C、0.80%Cr、1.70%Mo、Fe其余)的原始态宏观组织及微观组织特征。结果表明:该合金中宏观缺陷少,致密度高;WC颗粒较圆整且呈均匀状态分布;未发现有碳化物桥接现象;基体中虽有鱼骨状碳化物,但较细小,应可通过适当手段加以改善。总之,该合金具有优良潜质,值得深入研究。

Abstract:The criginal macrostrueture and microstructure of steel bonded hard alloy(huren composition: 40%WC. 0. 60%C. 0.80%Cr. 1. 70%Mo, the rest is Fe)made by a kind of new technoloyg has been studied initially in this paper. The resultshows: The amount of the macrodefect is small in the alloy and the density of the alloy in high; The WC grain is rule andround and distributs equally; The appearance of varbon's connect hasn't been found; There is the earbon in the shape of fish-bond. But it's fine and it's possible to be improved by propre method. In a word:This alloy has good potenialities and it'sworth studing.
