| 摘 要： | 介绍了电能质量问题的分类、产生原因以及可能造成的危害，综述了电能质量问题传统和现代采用的解决方法，讨论了解决电能质量问题的新技术－用户电力技术（Custom Power technique)中几种主要电能质量补偿装置的功能。
