| Abstract: | A high speed pulse-width-modulator IC is presented.which is current and voltage mode compati-ble.The characteristics and operating theory of the circuit are described. Its application examples are given. It contains voltage reference,oscillator,phase splitter,pulse width comparator and latches.and features such functions as error sensing, soft startup, duty cycle accommodating,current limiting and turn-off, undervolt-age latch-up and dual-port complementary output driving. This circuit has been widely used in single port.push-pull and bridge converters. Typical applications of the circuit are provided. |
